Renting a vehicle is another chance to get on wheels. If a person can afford to buy a car, needs a vehicle for one-time trip, comes to the country and needs an auto, he applies to rental companies. Companies also may also place restriction on where you can take the car: locally only or interstate. These are only general ideas on car renting, and each dealer imposes his own rules.
